We typically respond within one to two business days. During the busy April–May exam season, replies may take a little longer, but we still aim to answer every message.
What we can help with

What we cannot do
We cannot access, change, or look up your official College Board scores, and we cannot tell you your exact AP score. For official results and credit policies, contact the College Board or your college directly. Please also review our disclaimer.
