About ExamPredictor.online

ExamPredictor.online is an independent educational resource. We build free score-estimation tools and study guides that help students understand how Advanced Placement exams are scored.

What we do

Every May, hundreds of thousands of students sit AP exams without a clear sense of how their raw answers translate into the 1–5 score colleges actually use. We close that gap. Our calculators take the points you earn on a practice test, weight them the way each exam does, and produce an instant, unofficial estimate alongside a plain-English explanation of what it means.

How we build our tools

Our team studies the scoring guidelines, exam formats, and score distributions that the College Board publishes. We translate that public information into transparent calculators that show their work, the section weights, the composite, and the score bands. We deliberately use representative cut points and tell you, every time, that the real thresholds change each year.

What we are not

We are not the College Board, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by it in any way. Our estimates are unofficial and intended purely as study aids. The only definitive AP score is the one you receive officially after your exam is scored and equated.

Who writes our content

Our team has spent years tutoring Advanced Placement students and studying the publicly released scoring guidelines the College Board publishes each year. We build these tools to help students understand where they stand, never to replace official results. We write in plain language, cite how scoring actually works, and avoid hype. If a topic is uncertain — as exam cut points always are — we say so.
